1. Orders & payment

Orders placed through CHIPSHIP are confirmed via WhatsApp. Payment is by M-Pesa unless otherwise agreed. Prices are in Kenyan Shillings (KSh) and may change without notice.

2. Delivery

Deliveries cover University of Embu, Bagik, Kangaru, G-town and select Nairobi locations. Estimated delivery times are best-effort and not guaranteed.

3. Returns

Faulty items may be returned within 2 days of delivery for replacement or refund. The item must be in original condition with packaging.

4. Seller submissions

Anyone may submit a product to sell on CHIPSHIP. Submissions are reviewed by our team. Once approved, a posting fee applies before the product is listed (see the Sell with us page for the current amount). CHIPSHIP reserves the right to deny any submission without explanation.

5. Acceptable use

Do not submit counterfeit, illegal, or hazardous products. Do not abuse our WhatsApp line.

6. Limitation of liability

CHIPSHIP is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site or products.
