What areas do you deliver to?
University of Embu, Bagik, Kangaru, G-town and select Nairobi locations. Ask on WhatsApp if you're not sure your area is covered.
How do I pay?
Payment is by M-Pesa unless otherwise agreed with our team over WhatsApp.
What if my item arrives faulty?
Faulty items may be returned within 2 days of delivery for a replacement or refund, provided the item is in its original condition and packaging.
Can I sell my own products through CHIPSHIP?
Yes — use the Sell with us page to submit your product. Once approved, a small posting fee applies before it goes live.
